This roast profile is in between our medium and dark, a classic espresso roast, well balanced for use in Italian stovetop or espresso makers. Not sour like some light roast espresso, and not too bold and bitter like some dark roast espresso. – this one’s just right. This roast also tastes great when made as a filter or pour-over coffee!
